While each of the staff was good in his or her own respect, Adnan Amhal is stellar. He is a thoroughly fine man, extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. For example, Mai Liis, with whom I always travel, needed a shower stool due to foot surgery. Amhal didn't rest until she was well taken care of and had everything she needed. His concern was genuine, that of a caring, good person, not just someone efficiently carrying out good customer service. He would receive my highest rating on any hotel satisfaction questionnaire,

Location is great centrally located in Arlington between Dallas and Fort Worth near Cowboy Stadium, Medal of Honor-Hall of Fame, Texas Ranger Stadium and Airport. Completely renovated the only thing they did not replace was the bathtub which is large and accommadating. Rooms are fresh and clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Staff was helpful, kind and made you feel like you mattered. Surroundings of hotel had not been completely updated, plenty of parking, a fence around the property would be a great improvement. Access to I-Hop located near the property was nice ammenity.

We were booked at another hotel but they 'gave away' our reservation! We were so bummed until we found this hotel. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. There was lots of food choices nearby, and anything we wanted to do was about 5 minutes away. We're keeping this one on our saved list when coming through the area.

The staff was very apologetic and sympathetic regarding my concerns, and the breakfast was great.

Not sure where those bad review people were coming from, Spark was great! Staff were everywhere and very accessible. Check-in took 3 minutes max. The room was clean and quiet. Nice sized bathroom, great hot water! Anything the room didn't have, staff were immediately able to provide it. Happy to recommend!

Location for my interview. I liked the breakfast, my room was clean and quiet… everything was good. And then the front desk guy (I think his name is adnane or amhal) was amazing, always smiling, he helped me with an emergency situation for my interview and printed out some forms for me: super grateful of him!

Staff was friendly and courteous. The little detail of the tv that read “welcome Erika” and a little sticker left by the closet that read “puro 956” with a smily face. That really made my evening being that i do come from the RGV.

Location; tea/coffee service area in the lobby, microwave, and seating area in the lobby; the rooms were really clean; and the check-out time was 12 p.m., which was helpful (compared to having it at 11 a.m.)
